All content, features, and functionality on the Escioch platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and audio-visual elements, are the exclusive property of Escioch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for its intended purpose. This license does not include:

• Redistribution or republication of any content without written permission
• Creating derivative works based on our proprietary technology
• Commercial exploitation of service data or analytics
• Automated scraping or data extraction without authorization

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission granted by Escioch and may result in legal action.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use Escioch services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using our platform to:

4. Limitations of Liability

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid to Escioch in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

5. Termination and Governing Law

Either you or Escioch may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Obligations regarding intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
